Complete Wedding Planning: $2000 - $3000

Planning starts 2 - 8 months before the event
All inclusive planning service for couples who want Divine D-day to take them through the whole entire wedding process.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
   - Provide unlimited face-to-face meetings
   - Prepare a budget plan to include all aspects of the wedding
   - Offer expert advice on theme, color, design, style and decor
   - Offer expert advise on all aspects of the wedding
   - Determine and refer to most suitable and likeable vendors
   - Accompany clients to vendor meetings 
   - Complete a site walk-through, if available
   - Assist with vendor contracts
   - Arrange timelines and checklists for clients and vendors
   - Keep track of payments and balances
   - Conduct and/or assist wedding rehearsal with officiant

   - Organize wedding party and hired vendors on wedding day
   - Purchase all necessities for the wedding (upon client's request)
   - Direct and assist helpers on ushering, collecting gifts, decorations, etc.
   - Oversee vendor set-up on ceremony site and reception
   - Arrange gift receiving table, cake table, placecard table if necessary
   - Troubleshoot unexpected occurrences
   - Jenna and sub-coordinator will be present from beginning to end

Last Minute Wedding Planning: $1500 - $2500

Planning starts 1 - 2 months before the event
Partial coordination and planning for couples who have already booked all vendors and decided on most of the wedding details. 

Some of the responsibilities will include:
   - Review all vendor contracts provided by client
   - Offer advice and/or corrections regarding contracts
   - Complete a site walk-through, if available
   - Provide up to 4 face-to-face meetings
   - Determine timelines for vendor arrival times
   - Communicate with vendors about venue's procedures
   - Conduct and/or assist wedding rehearsal with officiant
   - Assist with all day-of coordinations
   - Troubleshoot unexpected occurrences
   - Jenna and sub-coordinator will be present from beginning to end

Day-of Coordinations: $700 - $1200

Booked 2 weeks - 1 month before the event
Wedding day organization for couples who has completed everything.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
   - Conduct and/or assist wedding rehearsal with officiant
   - Manage vendors according to schedules provided by bride and groom
   - Carry out duties based on bride and groom's planning
   - Troubleshoot unexpected occurrences

Searching for a venue: $100 - $400
R.S.V.P. Service: $200 - $350
Additional Day-of coordinator: $300
